Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, you will receive the dress exactly as shown in our product photos. All of our formal wedding dresses, bridesmaid gowns and mother‑of‑the‑bride outfits are carefully handmade with matching fabric, color and design details. Slight color differences may occur due to different computer monitor settings.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Once your order is confirmed, your receipt will be sent to your registered email address. You can also find your order invoice in your account‑order history page.
How can I return an item?
Please contact our customer‑service team first before you send back any wedding dress or formal gown. Wedding and formal items are custom‑made. Return requests need to be submitted within our return window, and the dress must be unworn, unwashed, and kept in its original packaging. We will send you detailed return instructions and our return shipping address after your request gets approved.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Most of our popular wedding, evening and bridesmaid dresses can be restocked. If your desired color or size is out‑of‑stock, feel free to message us. We will check our production schedule and inform you about the restock timeline.
Where can I ship my order?
We ship our formal dresses to most US states. You can select your delivery address during checkout. Please double‑check your shipping address before payment, wedding gowns cannot be rerouted once they have been dispatched.
